Cominciano le votazioni preliminari per i Golden Joytick Awards 2011. Si tratta della 29ma edizione di questi importantissimi riconoscimenti in ambito videoludico. La premiazione con relativa cerimonia si terrà il 21 ottobre al Westminster Bridge Park Plaza di Londra mentre fino al 14 è possibile votare sul sito ufficiale i giochi tra una lista di candidati per le 14 categorie presenti.
Per la Ultimate Game of the Year, il premio più ambito, concorrono 20 giochi. Tra questi, senza nulla togliere agli altri, autentici pezzi da novanta come L. A. Noire; Call of Duty Black Ops; Portal 2; Fifa 11; Assassin’s Creed Brotherood; Civilization V, Gran Turismo 5.
